User photos (selfies) are collected solely for AI-powered colour season analysis. Photos are transmitted securely to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing and are not stored permanently on our servers after analysis is complete.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Solla does not store or have access to your credit card or payment information. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance standards.

Solla uses AI technology provided by Anthropic for colour season analysis, styling recommendations, and the AI stylist chat. Your photos and messages are processed by Anthropic to deliver these features.

To opt out of AI processing, you can choose not to upload photos or use the AI stylist chat, or contact us at hello@solla.com.au to request deletion of processed data.

We retain your personal information for as long as you have an account with us. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your information unless we are required to retain it by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption, row-level database security, and JWT authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
