These Terms of Service govern your use of Solla, operated by Emma Nagel (trading as Solla). By using Solla you agree to these terms.

Solla is an AI-powered personal colour season analysis app available at solla.com.au. We provide colour analysis, personalised styling guidance, a colour checker tool, wardrobe builder, and AI stylist chat.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Solla. By using our services you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@solla.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Solla offers the following paid plans:
All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until day 8. Cancel any time before day 8 to avoid being charged.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Solla to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
To cancel your subscription, contact us at hello@solla.com.au. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Solla uses artificial intelligence to generate colour analysis, styling recommendations, and stylist chat responses. These are provided for informational and personal styling purposes only. Results may vary between sessions and should be used as guidance rather than definitive advice.

All content, design, code, and branding within Solla is owned by Emma Nagel (trading as Solla) and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
By uploading photos to Solla, you grant us a limited licence to process those photos for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your photos. Photos uploaded for colour analysis are not stored permanently after processing.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Solla is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate. Use of Solla is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Solla and Emma Nagel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@solla.com.au.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of Solla after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
